RASE New Member Education

RASE New Member Education Program is a six-month program providing *15 Required hours of the 30 Required hours needed for Postlicensing Period 1 license renewal. The program also supports the education requirements of RASE New Members to help them succeed in their new career. RASE New Licensees are considered ‘Provisional Members’ until completion of the RASE New Member Education Program.2022 New Member Course Schedule

Following are the new member required courses with the respective timelines, per RASE Bylaws and the New Member Education Program. Deadlines are from the date your Provisional Membership begins.

MLS Paragon Online Academy Training (No CE – Paragon Online Training Academy)

4 Month Deadline (Offered every other month)
New Member MLS Systems OrientationCLASSROOM Only (4 Elective Hours – does not apply toward Postlicensing Credits)
RASE New Member Orientation – CLASSROOM Only (No CE)
Start Smart: Agency & Contracts (Approved: 6 Required Hrs.)
Day in the Life of a Buyer Agent (Approved: 3 Required Hrs.)
Day in the Life of a Listing Agent (Approved: 3 Required Hrs.)

6 Month Deadline Courses (Offered Quarterly)
NAR New Member Code of Ethics (3 Required Hrs.)

*15 Required hours are approved with the SD Real Estate Commission. There are 19 approved hours in the program. Online education hours may vary.
