RASE New Member Sunrise Series

RASE New Member Sunrise Series Education Program is a year long program providing education to help meet 15 Required hours of the 30 Required hours for Postlicensing Period 1 license renewal. The program also supports the education requirements of RASE New Members to help them succeed in their new career. RASE New Licensees are considered ‘Provisional Members’ until completion of the RASE New Member Sunrise Series. Following are the required courses with the timeline per RASE Bylaws and the Sunrise Series Program. Deadlines are from the date your Provisional Membership begins. 2017 Sunrise Series Program & Schedule

30 Day Completion Deadline
MLS Paragon Online Academy Training (No CE – Paragon Online Training Academy)

4 Month Deadline (Offered every other month)
New Member MLS Systems TrainingCLASSROOM Only (3 Elective Hours – does not apply toward Postlicensing Credits)

6 Month Deadline Courses (Offered Quarterly)
Raising New Member Awareness Orientation – CLASSROOM Only (No CE)
NAR New Member Code of Ethics (3 Required Hrs.)
Risk Management for the Real Estate Professional (7 Required Hrs.)

1 Year Deadline Courses (Offered twice per year)
Business Cents (3 Elective Hrs. – does not apply toward Postlicensing Credits)
Agency: The Choices Simplified in Action (3 Required Hrs.)
Duties You Owe Your Buyers and Sellers in the Real World (3 Required Hrs.)
